PureBeautyNP Aesthetics is a full-service medical spa staffed by a medical director/nurse practitioner and a Registered Nurse injector and esthetician. Located at 1150 Stafford Road in Tiverton, RI, the location serves clients with a variety of treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and Kybella. We also offer teeth whitening, dermaplaning, medical-grade chemical peels, and skincare products.
In addition, we have recently added radiofrequency microneedling/collagen induction therapy, hair restoration, laser skin resurfacing, and tattoo removal with Lutronic devices.

Kim Raposo-Busa, ANP
Medical Director/Nurse Practitioner
Licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Kim Raposo-Busa is a 2002 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing science. In 2009, she earned a master’s degree in nursing science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Kim has cared for patients in oncology and geriatrics settings throughout her nursing career. She’s been trained in many advanced aesthetic techniques by Richard Peinert, MD, a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery specialist with 45+ years of experience.
She enjoys her focus on aesthetic medicine. Kim continues to earn certifications through various training opportunities to increase her knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Kim is proud of the results achieved through the use of Botox and dermal fillers, which offer significant results for a more youthful appearance.
Jason Camara
Registered Nurse
Jason has been in the Nursing industry since 2009. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Curry College and has been pursuing all things Aesthetics in the most recent years. He has completed a wide range of aesthetic training led by a Harvard-trained board-certified Plastic Surgeon; these include both introduction as well as advanced training in both neuromodulators as well as dermal fillers.
Jason has always had an affinity for art and beauty as well as an artistic eye. "Being an Aesthetic Nurse allows me to combine my passion for beauty with the skill to help people enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident in their own skin. My professional philosophy is to perform at the highest level of safety and attention. I look forward to connecting with more of you in the near future!"
Ashley Botelho
Medical Aesthetician
Ashley has been working in the beauty industry as an Aesthetician since graduating from SpaTech in 2022. She specializes in a variety of facials and certified chemical peels. Ashley is excited to grow her Aesthetics practice and meet all your skincare needs.
