A No-show without notice will result in forfeiture of any prepaid service scheduled for that visit.

One-time Cancel or Reschedule NO fee. Every time thereafter will incur a $25 fee. Fee must be paid prior to future booking.

Less than 24 hour notice will incur $25 fee. Fee must be paid prior to future booking.
